Useful status labels
Operational · Degraded performance · Partial outage · Major outage · Scheduled maintenance · Unknown. The current prototype state is Unknown / monitoring not connected, not “all systems operational.”
Incident content
A real incident should include the affected component, start time, user impact, known limitations, current mitigation, last update, and resolution evidence. Do not state a recovery time unless an authorized operator has actually established one.
Collection health is separate
A functioning web app does not imply every advertiser check succeeded. Page-and-market coverage belongs in the workspace, even when the service-status page is operational.
No invented uptime
No uptime percentage, historical incident record, or SLA has been supplied. Do not create one for visual credibility. A live status integration should replace this page before customers rely on it.
