Your subscription
Core is proposed at $49 USD per month with monthly renewal. Applicable taxes and the total charge must appear before you confirm payment. No annual plan, free trial, automatic add-on, or lifetime price promise has been approved in this draft.
Renewal and receipts
A production billing page should show the next renewal date, plan price, tax treatment, payment method summary, receipt access, and usage-reset date. This static preview processes no payment and creates no subscription.
Cancel future renewals
Use the proposed Billing settings to cancel before the next renewal. The intended policy is continued access through the end of the paid period. The confirmation must state the final access date and that no further scheduled renewal will occur.
Refund questions
Cancellation is not automatically a refund. Report billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or other concerns through the support workflow. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain applicable; a final policy requires jurisdiction-specific review.
Payment problems
A failed payment notice should identify the subscription affected, explain any disclosed retry or suspension policy, and offer a secure way to update the method. Retry timing and grace periods have not been selected and must not be invented in customer emails.
Plan or price changes
New prices, added charges, and materially different allowances require clear notice and any consent required by the finalized terms and applicable law. This draft does not authorize silent upgrades or surprise overages.
Account deletion is a separate action
Ending renewal and requesting deletion are different workflows. Explain which workspace records are deleted, which transaction or security records are retained, and for how long in the finalized privacy policy.
