Follow the right advertiser
Add a brand name, website, or Meta Page reference. Review suggested matches before confirming. Similar names, country Pages, and regional accounts can belong to different advertisers; they should not be silently merged.
Keep markets distinct
Select supported markets relevant to your research. Ad8 keeps each Page-and-market check separate so you can see what was collected, when it was checked, and which periods remain uncertain. Market context is not proof of precise audience targeting.
Understand what changed
Review newly observed records, changes to available copy or offers, and creative variations. “Newly observed” means new to the collection in the selected comparison—not necessarily first launched that day.
Read the timeline, not just the headline count
An apparent increase can reflect more variants, a catch-up collection, or a previously incomplete check. The timeline should show the evidence behind a change before you treat it as a strategic shift.
Updates that reflect activity
Checks are scheduled according to advertiser activity and collection capacity. The latest-check timestamp is the source of truth. Ad8 does not advertise every advertiser as real-time or refreshed daily.
What a tracking slot means
The proposed Core plan includes 20 competitor slots. One slot follows one Meta advertiser Page. Different country checks on that same Page do not use additional Page slots; additional regional Pages do. The proposed allowance is up to five supported market checks per followed Page.
A missing result is not a campaign conclusion
An incomplete check cannot establish that an advertiser stopped running ads. When a source explicitly reports an inactive status, Ad8 should label it as the status at that observation—not a guaranteed current fact.
